How would you describe the team dynamic and what role does collaboration play in your day-to-day work?
The young and dynamic team at Asytec is always motivated to take on new challenges. Constructive and innovative solutions are created across the business units. This means that our systems are always state of the art and our internal processes are constantly being optimised, rather than becoming stagnant.
How do you think Asytec has developed over the last five years and what contribution have you personally made to this?
Asytec has changed a lot in the past five years. We have doubled our workforce and relocated our headquarters from a former Volg branch to the industrial estate in Reiden, where we have more than double the space available for our special machine construction. This growth was only possible thanks to the modernisation of our business processes and a motivated team that is constantly developing and recognising potential for optimisation.
