What motivates you every day at Asytec?
I am motivated by the opportunity to constantly tackle new challenges and develop innovative solutions that make our products the best. Working with a dedicated team and having my work appreciated gives me new motivation every day.
How has your professional journey evolved since you joined the company? What have been your career highlights?
I was aware from the very beginning that this new position would be challenging for me. Previously, the electrical development, wiring and testing was done by an external partner. I was able to set up the electrical department from scratch, making it modern and innovative. Within a few months, engineering, control cabinet construction, wiring, testing, etc. could be carried out entirely at Asytec AG. Gradually, other tasks were added and we were able to add another position to the electrical team.
I now mainly work in electrical engineering, manage the social media channels and assist with marketing.
